I am shocked that they have stayed in business this long! Big mystery! Time will tell. Don't worry, you will never have our business again, and we will warn all family and friends not to visit this establishment. I felt it time to take this opportunity to give them the review they deserved! I guess they have so much business from people who don't care about having a pleasant meal, or how much they have to wait for it.that they don't need our business. This was supposed to be a special occasion for us, and it was anything but special.and BTW, I tried several times to contact management online about the issue and report our bad experience, but after many attempts, they were silent and NEVER got back to me. Poor service, poor design, poor management, obviously, and the food was just average considering the price we paid. This was a weekday lunchtime visit, and should not have been so packed with people at that early hour! I am shocked at the hoards of people who really think this place is the place to be.because it is not. First complaint, the building was very noisy, and with obvious bad acoustics and design, it was impossible to talk to anyone across the table without shouting.and we had to shout our order to the server! the food was mediocre, but it was hot, as it should have been considering the unreasonable wait time we had to suffer. We ate our food, paid the bill and left promptly, vowing to never return to this place. the server asked if we would like to speak to a manager, I said YES, but my husband was so mad, he did not want to wait another hour to get a manager to address whatever issue was going on with our food and service. By the time we got our food it was after 12:15Pm and people who had come in and were seated AFTER us were leaving, having already eaten.

At that point we were about to walk out, and then some of our food arrived.salad, drinks, rolls.but not the entrees. We asked what the problem was, and she said well I think your order got lost. The server came back and said she was sorry for the wait. By 11:45-50A we put our order in and waited another 20 minutes to get our drinks and salads. When she came back, we finally got menus and she disappeared again.(11:35A) By now, it was 11:40A and we still had not gotten to place our order. Once we got seated, it took a few minutes for a server to appear, then she disappeared and didn't give us menus or basic silverware. thought this to be a good sign.but we were sorely mistaken!. There was already a long line forming outside the front door! We. We got there early prior to when the place opened 11:00A. My husband and I planned to try this place for our anniversary since it was a restaurant we had never tried.
